Shanghai Yetuo Laboratory Ultra Pure Water Machine Selection Guide
1. Outlet water quality
Ultra pure water machines should be selected based on actual water quality requirements.
The national laboratory standard water has three types of water quality: first grade water, second grade water, and third grade water, but most laboratories only need two types of water quality;
Third grade water: such as distilled water, used for cleaning glassware, etc.
Primary water: mainly used for chemical analysis or precision instrument analysis such as liquid phase and atomic absorption.
2. Inlet water quality
The process of ultrapure water machine is determined based on the quality of raw water.
There is a lot of sediment, and pre-treatment devices need to be added; High hardness, softening device needs to be added;
High salt content, secondary reverse osmosis should be used.
The general incoming water quality is divided into urban tap water, deionized water, reverse osmosis water, distilled water, and pure water.
3. Water consumption
The water production capacity of commonly used ultrapure water machines is generally 5-20L/hour.
The specifications of the ultrapure water machine should be selected based on the actual water consumption, generally following the principle of a 2-fold relationship.
